You are going to start with 14 3/4 oz of canned salmon. Take the bones out, remove the skin and flake the fish! In a large bowl you're going to put the salmon, 2 eggs, 3 tablespoons of melted butter, 1/2 cup of heated milk and 3/4 cup of dry bread crumbs (you can also use frosted flakes). Mix this all together and then add one tablespoon of lemon juice, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, 1/4 teaspoon of garlic salt, 3/4 cup of diced onion, and 3 cloves of garlic-minced. You can also add oregano, basil and parsley to taste...I did!! Now you are going to divide this mixture evenly into custard cups and pack tightly. Place the custard cups into a shallow baking dish and pour water half way up the cups in the pan. You will bake at 375 for 30 minutes. While they were cooling I threw some Brussel Sprouts into the oven to roast with a little bit of butter, olive oil and salt and pepper. This is sooooo easy, good for you, and delicious!! Hope you all enjoy!

For those of you, like me, that don't want to mess with the skin and bones you can use 2 small cans of the boneless, skinless salmon! : )
